The federal government is readying itself to mandate forced vaccinations against the H1N1 (swine flu) virus nationwide. In the case of a government-directed mass vaccination program during the 1976 swine flu pandemic, several dozen vaccine recipients died and hundreds more were injured. Those families who were able to sue and win their cases were awarded millions of dollars for the injuries caused by the untested vaccine formulations. Three years ago legislators strategically passed the The Biodefense and Pandemic Vaccine and Drug Development Act of 2006 (also known as BioShield II), which strips Americans of the right to a jury trial if harmed by an experimental drug or vaccine during a declared pandemic.
Division E: The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREPA) added as an addendum to Defense Appropriations Bill HR 2863 at 11:20pm on Saturday night December 17th, 2006 long after House Committee members had signed off on the bill and gone home for the holidays, provides complete liability protection for all drugs, vaccines, or biological products deemed a "covered (medical) countermeasure" and used for an outbreak of any kind. In July 2009, complete liability protection was extended to drug companies that included any product used for any public health emergency declared by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). Pharma is now protected from all accountability, unless "criminal intent to do harm" can be proven by the injured party. They are protected from liability even if they know the drug will be harmful.

The swine flu vaccine is in an extremely experimental stage. Some of the new H1N1 (swine flu) vaccines will be produced by Novartis. These shots will probably be made in PER.C6 cells (human retina cells) and contain MF59, a potentially debilitating adjuvant. MF-59 is an oil-based adjuvant primarily composed of squalene.
All rats injected with squalene (oil) adjuvants developed a disease that left them crippled, dragging their paralyzed hindquarters across their cages. Injected squalene can cause severe arthritis (3 on scale of 4) and severe immune responses, such as autoimmune arthritis and lupus.

Squalene is a suspected principal cause of Gulf War Syndrome.

Federal health officials are starting to recommend that most Americans get three flu shots this fall: one regular flu shot and two doses of the vaccine made against the new swine flu strain. School children who have never had a flu shot are targeted for four shots in the fall - twice for seasonal flu, twice for pandemic swine flu. (July 15, 2009 news)

HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius has been talking to school superintendents around the country, urging them to make plans to use buildings for mass vaccinations and for vaccinating kids first. The World Health Organization (WHO) determined in 2005 it has the authority to dissolve sovereign governments and take control should there be a “pandemic”. This applies to any country signed onto WHO….which of course the U.S. is. The WHO raised this non-existent pandemic to a level 6 warning, its highest alert, this past June. Petition to Stop Mandatory Vaccinations

Be it resolved that the Concerned Citizens of Pennsylvania hereby formally requests Governor Rendell and Allegheny County Sheriff Mullen as well as all County Sheriffs across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to protect our citizens against harmful ingredients found in modern vaccines by asserting the State’s 10th amendment rights under the U.S. Constitution and physically resisting any forceful attempt to implement mandatory vaccinations should they be so ordered by the federal government, the World Health Organization, the United Nations, or any other government or non-governmental body.

Whereas: squalene, hydroxide, and aluminum adjuvants, key ingredients commonly used in modern vaccines developed for mass immunizations, have been positively linked to motor neuron degeneration known to cause debilitating autoimmune disorders, otherwise attributed to Gulf War Syndrome, among a high percentage of U.S. service personnel vaccinated prior to the Persian Gulf War; and

Whereas: the A/H1N1 virus, more popularly known as the “2009 swine flu”, has been proven to be a relatively weak virus, and the Flu Lab at Los Alamos National Laboratory similarly found the 1918 H1N1 “Spanish Flu” to have been a weak virus prior to the autumn of 19187,8, which corresponds to the mass vaccination period (October 1918 to March 1919) at that time; and

Whereas: surveys of 43 U.S. cities with a combined population of 23 million people that were not administered vaccines or anti-viral medicines had greatly reduced death rates during the 1918 H1N1 “Spanish Flu” epidemic, and these reduced death rates can be attributed to simple social restrictions; and

Whereas: the 1976 swine flu vaccinations were responsible for triggering Guillane-Barre Syndrome causing paralysis in thousands of U.S. citizens; and

Whereas: current U.S. law, through Executive Orders 13295 (April 4, 2003) and 13375 (April 1, 2005) and, The Project BioShield Act of 2004, The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act, and The Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act and The Model State Emergency Health Powers Act (MSEHPA) provide immunity from tort liability to vaccine manufacturers and grant excessively broad emergency powers to the federal government that include the apprehension, detention and conditional release of U.S. citizens, which can easily be construed to include mandatory quarantines and forced vaccinations; and

Whereas: these laws additionally cede U.S. sovereignty to the United Nations (UN) and the World Health Organization (WHO) in the event the WHO declares a Level 6 pandemic; and

Whereas: the WHO has already declared the A/H1N1 virus to be a Level 6 pandemic despite its weakness as a viral agent; and

In consideration of the fact that John P. Holdren, Science Advisor to President Barack Obama, openly advocated that:

1. “The population at large could be sterilized by infertility drugs intentionally put into the nation’s drinking
water or in food”

2. “A transnational ‘Planetary Regime’ should assume control of the global economy and also dictate the most
intimate details of Americans' lives -- using an armed international police force.”

in his 1977 book, “Ecoscience: Population, Resources, Environment”, co-authored with Paul and Anne Ehrlich (W.H. Freeman & Company publisher, 1978, ISBN: 0716700298 ).

It is hereby decided that a forced mass vaccination program administered by a domestic agency or foreign body that injects toxins understood to cause injury to our citizens is in direct violation of the Biological Weapons Anti-terrorism Act and may constitute a deliberate attempt at mass depopulation or a threat to our national sovereignty,

And furthermore, that States’ Rights granted under the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution morally supersede the interest of any Federal or international body in matters concerning the protection of the general health and welfare of our citizens.
