Be ready to put your thinking caps on and lets get this all planned out, okay?
NOTE: IF YOU are want to join the planning committee on the LOCAL/CITY level, PLEASE attend this meeting. This committee level will be responsible for coordinating with the other city level planners on a single convoy route, to plan convoy liaison points, and also to plan local meet and greet/rallies as the convoy arrives in lodging cities. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT PART OF THE PROCESS - so please contact me to arrange to join the meeting on Thursday at 8:00PM Censtral Standard Time.
