 Hollywood Activists organizers are very excited about the outcome of our la
 st Assembly and believe it will provide such an attractive format that all 
 other successful RP Meetups will adopt the format as well. Our format shoul
 d provide a specific amount of time for business to ensure progress\, accou
 ntability and then plenty of informal time for fun.\n\nOur last meeting was
  our first using the Robert's Rules of Order and so we kept it to our Organ
 izers only. It was very constructive and set the foundations for future Ass
 emblies.\n\nHere are the basics of what we discussed:\n 1. Stanton moves to
  explore Hollywood locations for possible meeting places.\n - Assigned\n --
 - Stanton: Bliss Café\, W. Hollywood City Hall\n --- Roger: Library on Suns
 et\, 101 Café\, Roosevelt Hotel\n --- Jaime: Karma Coffee shop\, Ametron Th
 eater space\n\n 2. Roger moves to set format for the monthly meetup as foll
 ows:\n - 30 minutes guest speaker\n - 1 hour  formal discussion and voting 
 using Robert?s Rules of Order.\n - Bounce to a social spot for informal\, u
 nspecified amount of time.\n\n 3. Discussion the restricting or discriminat
 ion against disruptive meetup members.\n - Roger moves for all of us to com
 e up with a criteria list for banning people from the group. \n\n 4. Stanto
 n moves to readdress the banning criteria at next formal meeting.\n \n 5. R
 oger moves for organizers to share responsibility for bringing snacks and t
 o decide who brings what at Friday?s ?REP FF? meeting?s before the formal m
