“ Difficult. Folks should make available inexpensive paperbacks that talk more about the politics of freedom as by Browne or Ringer, as well as Paul. Everything should be better organized with a view to practicality. Every person who attends who wishes should be able to write their names, addresses, phone number, and best times to call. Publishing such regularly on the Net or via paper would make a social network for folks who want others to talk with, get new ideas and support. At every meeting, practicality should be asserted, with someone appointed to work upon EACH idea suggested in a definite way. Until I see something like that happening, I'd be reluctant to invite others to join the meetup unless they were already fierce libertarians! ”
“ The Meetup Group was a very friendly bunch of folks. Here I was, an outsider coming briefly from Los Angeles. I was made to feel at home. I left feeling I had begun some serious friendships that might endure. It was a good feeling. I can envision my returning to Dallas sometime just to visit with my newfound friends:) ”
