A group that calls themselves the Patriots Discussion Group is having a public screening of Aaron Russo's America: Freedom to Fascism. A member of the group says that if a lot of people show up then the owner will make it a regular thing and show a lot of films like this.

So if you think it would be cool to have a regular movie night at a coffee shop and have some great discussions with some fellow Patriots, then please come out to the first one and show the owner that it is worth it.

It is free to get in, just buy a cup of coffee while you're there!

The place also serves Middle Eastern food and it looks like it's pretty reasonable as far as prices.

    The main thing I noticed about last nights gathering is how vastly different types of people are who supported Ron Paul. I had very little in common with most of the other participants and even less with the owners of the establishment. For one I am very pro-life and I noticed one of the organizations they support is Planned Parenthood. I have to wonder if they realize some of the methods of "family planning" that organization uses! I am not complaining about the people just commenting.

    John, there are better films than Zeitgeist, such as AFTF, Money Masters, etc, which cover the Federal Reserve. Gary, as for "intolerance", well yes, I'm very intolerant of lies. It's incredible to believe that so many people lost their lives for Jesus in the 1st few years after His death, there's so much historical proof, and yet He didn't exist? Have you seen the original Zeitgeist? They had to tone down the jokes about the pope and such. You know, they seemed a bit too much like fascists.

    practice and to proclaim his faith in whatever religion he chooses, but I don't agree with everything Ron Paul believes, and just because Dr. Paul "would never recommend" investigating such ideas doesn't necessarily mean that they're false.

    I agree with most of what John posted, but I happen to believe that it's EXTREMELY possible that all or some world religions derive from the Sun God myth, etc. I don't think it's necessarily "insignificant garbage", nor do I necessarily consider it to be "poisonous" or "religiously-intolerant". In fact, one could argue that "A" is being intolerant of alternative ideas by being so vehemently opposed to them. I understand that he's coming from a Christian perspective, and I respect his right to

    Also there are currently 673 engineers and physicists from around the world that don't believe the government nor the bank owned media's story and want a thorough reinvestigation into the World Trade center collapse and those who participated held accountable. One of the reasons we like Ron Paul is because he is not a shill or minion, can't be bought and his allegiance is to the USA unlike the other candidates.

    Regarding "A"s post there may be some insignificant garbage in zeitgeist but nonetheless ALL the information regarding the federal reserve and central bankning is 100% factual. It is these crooks that is bringing this country to it's knees. Also see youtube type Ron Paul publiclly names neoconservatives!!!

    Let me add that I encourage people to come, but to always be wary and not swallow everything that you're spoonfed. Maybe this "Patriots Discussion Group" had nothing to do with "Zeitgeist Day" and similar religiously-intolerant anarchy movements.

    Please be aware that "Your Inner Vagabond" hosted a "Zeitgeist Day" in March, pressing that the WTC was brought down by controlled explosives, 911 "Truth", Jesus never existed, Judiasm was always a false faith, all religions derive from the "Sun God" myth, etc. If the "Patriots Discussion Group" control what is seen here and press Zeitgeist and similar poisonous movies which Dr. Ron Paul would never recommend, then I suggest future attendance with better researched groups, such as the JBS.

    Movie showings is one kind of educational event that I thought our group could hold occasionally.Maybe if this pans out as a regular event we could offer to co-sponsor it or something.
