I believe that the true definition of the word "conservative" is under attack, that is apparent by the Republican candidates for president that are currently supported and deemed viable for the candidacy. John McCain and Mike Huckabee are anything but fiscal conservatives, look at their records!

Ron Paul is the only real conservative running for President, and with 70% of the nation against the war in Iraq, he's the only candidate that could win and be able to actually do the bidding of the people.

It cracks me up that I see these Barack Obama ads on tv that have him proclaiming and calling for an end to the war....but if you watched the debates, when asked if he could commit to have troops out of Iraq by 2013, he could not commit, nor could Hillary Clinton.

Democrats idea of ending war=troops still in Iraq in 2013???

I voted democrat in 2004 and 2006, only to end the war. But I think that now, more than ever, America needs a big hefty dose of CONSERVATIVE to get back to where we need to be.
