Columbia, MO: Ron Paul 2008 Meetup January Meetup

Remember that the IHOP is now our spot for a standing meeting every Friday at 6:45.

Here are the notes from the meeting tonight:

There are 6 projects that we are officially working on. I highly recommend the grassroots videos on this site that are half way down the page.

On to the notes/projects from the meeting:

1) Canvassing. Daniel Soetaert is organizing the door to door campaign. He's got the most experience and has done canvassing in the past.

2) Radio ads. We need some more dough to run more ads. Email back with pledges. You can listen to th e ad at the meetup site.

3)Call Iowa. You may call Iowa voters by going to http://www.rpfusa.net... then sign up, log in, and begin calling. RonPaulCampIOWA@aol.com and RonPaulCampIOWA@KeagleFamily.com are contact emails for their team.

4)Become delegates for the GOP. To be a delegate you:1. Must be a registered voter.2. Must participate in your county's local caucus (the county that you are registered to vote in).3. Must show up before 10:00am It will probably be at the boone county court house, but Terry Spickert is the local GOP chairman. His number is 443-5706.

5)Student Organization. Matt Begemann is all over it and has help create an official Mizzou Ron Paul club. Send him an email to get info.

6)Signs and Bumper Stickers. Amy has volunteered to lead the sign distrubution/price investigations. Send her an email for signage info.
