The Ninth Circuit Court's rejection of Jackson County's appeal of the Panner decision means that property rights have been upheld in southern Oregon! The legal effort to secure M-37 property rights (despite M-49's attempt to supersede them) is ongoing and must continue for this ruling to remain on the books for future generations.
