I have been trying to fight a childcare issue with the state of kansas for the last 2 months. I have gotten the run around from senators, house members, executive branches trying to get information concerning childcare laws(policies, constitutional authority, interpretations). but only get "ask some one else" information.

has anyone else had this problem? or do you know where I can get a real search going concerning my problems?
