1) The National "Paint the Town Ron" Event

2) The weekly sign and banner waving events

3) The new communications for our group using google email

4) The new State-wide Tennessee website for Ron Paul

This comes on the heels of the Iowa GOP debate and our recent August 3rd and 4th events. We will discuss real-time communications for the group and also some ideas for upcoming new events. Please come if you can.

This will be the first in the "Communication Implementation Series" where we will prepare the group for better communications through new emails, instant messaging and new phone communications.

Hey everybody ready to get started on our ideas for our next project? Well come and join us and throw your ideas in too! This is going to be fun and we must top off our last event that has led to such an increase in Members. We will have the full resolution DVDs to give out for our explosive video "Ron Paul Revolution, Memphis Style" that is posted all across the internet and has become a "overnight sensation"(you must reserve a seat so I know how many to burn ) we are leading the pack and all thanks to our dedicated members. We will talk about our statewide rally of all the Tennessee Ron Paul 2008 meetup group members showing up on the Nashville State Capitol, that's right. We also will be talking about doing some handouts locally in the area. The more the merrier, right? We can do this and we are doing this. Let's make a bigger impact and show everyone across America that our meetup is getting the job done and having the time of our lives while doing it! You don't want to miss this one!

The Banner Making party for July 3rd "The Great Ron Paul Overnight"

It's kind of a meetup but it has one goal to make 8' X 3' banners and discuss how to implement the "The Great Ron Paul Overnight" on the night of July 3rd. We still need more volunteers for banner hangers! The more people involved the less some members have to stay out at night. The event will be held in Oakland, TN at Mike Goza's house, His info is here:

Once again we need more volunteers for the July 3rd event held late at night where we are going to hang banners around the city.

I am sorry this is been such a problem but now it is settled and final and there will NO FURTHER CHANGES, as with starting a business, the first time is always the hardest.

I received so many complaints about the location of Winchester and Lamar. I understand about safety and the concern about this area. I did manage to secure a much better location, in order to get this location I had to change date of the meeting to Sunday June 17th at 2:30pm in the afternoon. This is final and no more changes will be made, I am sorry about any inconvenience this may have caused, we will get started on next months time and location, so you will have ample time to prepare. I would ask every member to email me suggestions and I will email a poll of members suggestions and let the members decide on the next meetup time and location. I again apologize for all the problems but I have been through quite an ordeal to find a private location at no cost to members(so I don't have to charge an entrance fee, which I don't think is a good idea).

I believe Sunday is the best day for people that work six days a week (like me), but we will let members decide this in the future.
To Sunday church going members which have contacted me: I know this may cause a little problem, but remember that the original day for the Sabbath was on Saturday and the Catholic Church changed it to Sunday, so most Christians argue that it really doesn't matter what day your Sabbath is on, so for this week change the Sabbath day to a different day of the week, if you feel that it conflicts with your Sabbath day.
