Constitutional Caucus Meeting

During this meeting we wil be discussing how far we have came since our beginning, and laying the plans for the immediate future.
Filing deadline for Precinct Delegates is May 13th.
We will also discussing the Michigan Freedom Conference and the things we learned there.
There will also be a discussion on Precinct Delegates.
What they do. How they are elected. Their purpose and functions, etc.
A Mission/Objective Statement will be introduced and discussed. That document will be used as our rallying point and in our future press release.
The purpose of the Caucus is to work directly with and within the Monroe County GOP.
If we are as sucessful as we intend to be, we WILL BE the Monroe County GOP!!!
Many of the Caucus members are already in place and working within the Party which will make the transition that much easier. Some of the caucus members are also committee chairmen in the Party. At the very least we must maintain the level of participation we have already achieved for the Revolution to continue to move forward.
Our oppostion, and there is considerable oppostion, are not to be under estimated. They are well intrenched, well supported, and are working hard to recruit delegates to maintain their control and influence.
If you plan to attend please bring something to sit on. Such as a lawn chair. Something to write with and write on. Bring your beverage of choice, adult beverages are fine, and a snack if you wish.
I am anticipating the meeting will last least 2 hours.
