Ivan Eland, Author of "Recarving Rushmore" to speak at OSU

Ivan Eland, the author of "Recarving Rushmore: Ranking the Presidents on Peace, Prosperity and Liberty" is coming to OSU. Ivan Eland is a senior fellow at the Independent Institute, and the author of "Partitioning for Peace: An Exit Strategy for Iraq," "The Empire Has No Clothes: US Foreign Policy Exposed," "Putting Defense Back into U.S. Defense Policy" and "The Efficacy of Economic Sanctions as a Foreign Policy Tool."
