“ The open house was fantastic! The crummy weather actually gave the event a great turnout. And once people showed up and started eating and talking--they didn't want to leave! It was a lot of fun to chat with people about life and politics. I had a few conversations with candidates running for local office, and then talked with people new to the party, and also had a few discussions with people who have been doing this for years! It was fun to see everyone's perspectives; and exciting to see all of those different brains in the same room! Great work to the Open House Committee and Lorrene Palmer for all their hard work and skilled planning! ”
