I find it very interesting that he says "this is how it has been done for 10 years" and in the same breath "I don't see how we are going to ever fix Washington" He is so deep in the "compromise" that he can't see that the reason things are not going to get fixed in Washington is b/c they keep doing it over and over again the same way.
