Idea for free national media coverage

Hello:

I have an idea for free national media coverage (legal, actually a government law provides for this). It would require just one person in each meetup group city to arrange locally. It all has to be coordinated to happen at the same time because once it has started I believe the powers that be will try and shut it down (current plan is for it to run for 10 weeks). I think it will be that powerfull.

The problem is to contact each meetup group to find that one person in each meetup group city. Is there a good way to contact all the meetup groups at the same time with a message?

Why not join all the meetups, then post a message via e-mail (BCC)? There are only, what, three thousand or so? :) Perhaps you can subscribe them all to a mail list.
