I'd like to ask your help in building an archive of all the files on the Ron Paul meetup sites. With interest in the campaign at a (temporary) ebb it appears that some of the smaller groups are not renewing their monthly subsrriptions.
I've built an email account at gmail.com username ronpaulmeetupre sources password ronpaul08 . What I'm asking is for you to go through the files of all the groups in your area and file the best materials under the appropriate category. Thanks.

I've come up with some matchbooks with excerpts from his weekly Texas Straight Talk column on the inside and am selling them on ebay. Search for Ron Paul matchbooks on ebay. These are great for handing out to people on the street or whereever and even non-smokers keep a book of matches around. Rather than talk about how smart the man is, show people with his own words! Primary time is closing in and I think we should get a lot more organized than we are. So are there two events: one in Killeen on the 23rd at 1pm and then another at 4pm in Austin?
I'm assuming there is the sign wave on Wednesday in Killeen but I do my sign waving in San Marcos at rush hour on Thursdays
I have invited many friends to attend the Austin event. What do I tell them now? -
Okay! First I receive info on a big rally at the Main Mall on UT campus for Feb 23rd at 4pm with Jimmie Vaughn performing. Then I get an email from you saying it's all a mistake and that the event will be at Ft Hood at 1pm.
I'd really like to see big turnouts at any and all Ron Paul rallies
but if you and a few others confuse everyone, the turnouts will not be so great. Now, can we get the stories straight? Please and thank you.

I am a precinct leader and delegate and I am deeply concerned with Paul's current situation. I think it is very important that you dedicate ALL YOUR MEETUP TIME to canvassing and phone banking. While it takes a little effort, it has PROVEN to result in EXPONENTIALLY LARGER RESULTS in primaries and caucuses. Paul has come in 2nd or even 1st in precincts that were canvassed! Whereas, sign waving, alone, hasn't resulted in any impressive results (Paul came in dead last).

Welcome back Pam. Thank you for your sweet e-mails to the group at the end of the year and I'm glad you've got some sanity back in your life. You were a great inspiration the first few times I attended these meetups and I look forward to working with you again. I'm out of the country until February 5 but look forward to turning out Texas in March...
