Sign-Waving for Ron Paul's Campaign for Liberty

Please join us this Independence Day for a Sign-Waving at the Huntington Beach 4th of July Parade!

There will be thousands of people in downtown this Friday for the Huntington Beach 4th of July Parade, the Largest Such Parade West of the Mississippi (celebrated annually since 1904.) This is simply a FUN event to attend, so on top of supporting Liberty, come enjoy the day and marvel at all the patriotic people roaming the streets for this Independence Day celebration.

Location for supporters to meet:

(Please get there Early for parking!)

The plan is to meetup and wave banners and signs during the parade event, passing out Pocket Constitutions and information fliers to the Campaign for Liberty website and local RP/CFL meetup groups.
We'd like to do multiple high-traffic locations if enough people sign up, so please tell your friends and fellow supporters. If we get a lot of people, maybe we can have some sign-wavers at The Block in Orange, but the current plan is to really focus on downtown-HB (as there will be Tons of people from PCH to Garfield.)

We really need every supporter out there to show up so please make it out for a truly entertaining and patriotic event. If your plans are open for the 4th, I guarantee that you won't be disappointed by this parade---it's Always fun!

    I'm getting to the park ~5AM to reserve space for supporters to hold the banners. We'll need enough people at the park location to hold the banners and signs (rotating out to have time to enjoy the festivities), and I'm going to encourage the rest of the supporters to walk the parade streets with their Hope for America signs & pass out fliers. Gregor was kind enough to have 1,000 fliers printed (side A http://tinyurl.com/5j37am | B http://tinyurl.com/6mzr3m). We also have Pocket Constitutions.

Who attended?

    • “ Friday's Independence Day Parade in Huntington Beach as an amazing success! We held the best location possible across from the bleachers and judging platform, with a large shade canopy supporting two huge banners and two white 'Hope for America' signs. We also had multiple 'Ron Paul Revolution Continues...' and 'Campaign for Liberty.com' large banners displayed throughout the area. The greatest inspiration was the warm welcome by residents and parade goers. Many in the parade and along watching were happy to see Ron Paul supporters pushing forward with the Campaign for Liberty, and were happy to receive free Pocket Constitutions, Bill of Rights booklets and campaign documentation. We had the support and praise of passing Republican, Democrat and Independent voters! Thank you to everyone involved and those who attended---we couldn't have had this great success without you! ”
