Celebration / Local Planning

After a few much needed days of rest, the gears of the Ron Paul movement are turning again. We have booked a private room at Puzo's here in Hawthorne to celebrate our frantic efforts in the lead-up to the primary, and to press forward with the next orders of business.

We will be distributing petitions for County Committee seats and giving a quick overview of what's entailed by the petitioning process. We will also be discussing the NJ Republican Delegate procedures and trying to locate three people who would be willing to run and also able to attend the Convention if elected as delegates.

The room is ours from 4-7PM, so feel free to drop in late and pick up materials/get a quick overview. In case the "Family Restaurant" didn't give it away - the place is children-friendly. ;) The location is two or three blocks from the Hawthorne Meetup location - so it should be easy to find for anyone who has been out here already.

Also, feel free to bring anyone who might be interested in coming. There are some 2100 people or so in Bergen County that voted for Ron Paul yet have had no interaction with the Meetup. A large part of the day-to-day work that can be done in the coming weeks is simply trying to identify some of these other Paul supporters, and seeing if they'd like to get involved locally.
