I don't feel that recounting voting machine tallies (paper trails) alone is an an answer. Once the votes are in that black box, they are recorded (not neccessarily accurately) a print out is generated (doesn't have to reflect what the votes actually were and can be the complete opposite). In other words recounting a skewed election.

Still I support this maybe there is something discovered that I am not aware of in NH.
