Mark your calendars! Next week, Thursday, October 9th, there is a big event in College Park, Maryland. Ron Paul will be headlining a Rally and Fundraiser for Maryland Republican Congressional candidates. Each of the four liberty candidates, Collins Bailey, Richard Matthews, Peter James, and Mike Hargadon, will speak at this event then Ron will wrap it up with a speech of his own. This event has been in the works for quite a while. Patrick Citroni, a good friend who we recently lost in a motorcycle accident, was a major player in getting this event to happen. Ron Paul has endorsed all four Maryland liberty candidates because they clearly believe in limited Constitutional Government, sound money, a humble foreign policy of no nation building, and an adherence to the principles of Liberty that make this nation great. This event is for Ron to reiterate his endorsements of our candidates and to show Maryland that they're the clear choice for Congressman. Where: Comcast Center Pavilion Gym at the University of Maryland in College Park When: 7:30PM Thursday October 9th. Cost: at the door, General Admission is $25, Students (with ID) $5. The next step in continuing the revolution is here! On July 12, 2008, more than 20,000 citizens will gather in D.C. to tell the government that its reign is over. These are like-minded people who have come from the far reaches of this country(some are even coming from Canada) who hunger for a return to a limited Constitutional Republic. Will you join them? This is We The People 2.0, this is the Revolution March! Together, you and I will begin to take this country back from the hands of corrupt power. This will be a peaceful, non-violent march on the streets of Washington D.C. followed by a rally in support of restoring constitutional government as the founding fathers set forth. A rEVOLution that calls upon all Americans who believe in Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. As a peaceful law abiding movement, it is our responsibility to wisely and effectively use our constitutional right to assemble. By inviting ALL Americans, we hope to extend the R3VOLUTION to all people of all backgrounds. bring you friends, family, and neighbors. This will be an event to remember! Speakers include Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, Michael Scheuer, Tom Woods, Naomi Wolfe, Bob Schulz, and G. Edward Griffin, among numerous others. At 9:30 AM, we will assemble at the northeast quadrant of the Washington Monument, then proceed to march down Constitution Avenue, toward Capitol Hill. The west side of Capitol Hill will be where everyone assembles for the rally, which will start around 11:00 AM. The speakers, musical guests, and entertainers will then proceed to give their ideas, speaking on the Constitution, the Federal Reserve, the NAU, and terrorism. For full details make sure to visit www.revolutionmarch. com. Directions, what to bring and what not to bring, the full list of speakers, etc - it's all there. On July 12th, let's join our friends in liberty and let's march on Washington!

All that we have done for the past few months culminates to this point. This is possibly going to be the last meetup before the primary and we will be discussing covering the polls and handing out delegate cards. There are over 15 polling places in Littlestown and Gettysburg alone, not counting Hanover, New Oxford, York Springs, and other locations. This is the one meetup EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU need to show up to. We will be discussing strategies, handing out stacks of delegate cards, and possibly be discussing phone or door-to door canvassing to do on Saturday.

Come and join us! After meeting Dr. Paul on Friday, we have to release some of this excitement! Come and canvass - once people understand that you're their neighbor, coming to tell them something important, they'll listen. They'll also like the fact that a presidential candidate, Ron Paul himself, came and visited us at Gettysburg. He really does care about small-town folk and I think that will strike a chord with lots of people.

There are only two weeks left until the Pennsylvania primary. We need to do all that is possible to spread the word about Ron Paul. This Saturday we'll be canvassing as well as handing out literature at the Gettysburg Wal-Mart along-side the Ron Paul Express. 9:30: we'll meet at the Outlet Stores. We'll discuss some different things about canvassing, giving directions on what and what not to do when canvassing, as well as handing out names lists. 10:00-12:00: we canvass. Around 12:00 we'll all meet back at the Outlet Stores to hand the names list back to the precinct leader(Harold Forney), then hopefully we'll all be able to have a bite to eat together. Afterwards, we'll head to the Gettysburg Wal-Mart with the Ron Paul Express along with a bunch of Ron Paul literature to hand out to our fellow Adams Countians.
