WHO: Aaron Jones will tell us what is next with the TEA party movement. WHAT: Americans are fed up with bailouts, the Fed, and the continued government intervention into all aspects of our daily lives. We are horrified by the lack of representation displayed by our "representative s" and the fact that we have no voice. WHY: Aaron Jones, motivated into action by these same issues, helped organize the Tax Day Tea Party in Annapolis on April 15. Let's hear what is planned next to keep the momentum going. WHEN: Friday Oct 30 at 5:30pm WHERE: HighTopps Grille in Timonium . The Oct 30 meeting is open to any Maryland citizen. RSVP suzannemhill@yahoo.c om. Join us!

This will not be your usual political event! We are especially welcoming the younger voters of the district (and those young at heart) to come out to a show with popular local band Pasadena. Your $10 contribution at the door will include your first drink. We will be rocking out interspersed with the messages of respect for our civil liberties, an end to the war in Iraq, and the prosperity that comes when the government lets you keep more of what you earn. Please come out, enjoy your self, and ask Richard Matthews the tough questions the he needs to answer to earn your vote in November. message from katm Today, Ron Paul's new book, Revolution: A Manifesto, has been officially released. I know most of you have a copy, since it debuted at #1 on Amazon.com's bestseller list! So it will be the first book we discuss in the new Maryland Revolution Book Club. We will meet bimonthly to swap books and discuss books and ideas that are the foundation of this Revolution. The first meeting will be in Baltimore City, but we will (hopefully) rotate locations around the state. We are the Revolution. The Book Club: Before the meeting, read the book that we will be discussing. Come to the meeting ready to exchange ideas and be prepared to recommend books to discuss at future meetings. The Book Swap: Also, bring a book or two that have influenced you for the "swap". The swap will be more of a lending library where everyone is a lender and a library: you will take the contact information for the person who borrows your book so that you can get it back.

The Revolution has had many successes around the country. Here in Maryland we have been espeically successful. In district 7 which includes a large section of Howard County we recieved 9.2% of the vote for Ron Paul which is well above the state average. We also helped 4 Liberty Candidates win their primaries include Dr. Mike Hargadon of district 7. Mike won his primary with over 70% of the vote. Mike was instrumental in the efforts in district 7. He will be our welcomed guest at this meeting. Let us show our appreciation for his efforts and commitment to our Revolution. With the Maryland primary behind us and the efforts to elect at large delegates to the Convention coming to a close let us focus our efforts on the congressional campaigns around the state. It will take all of us working together to elect these Liberty Loving Canidates. Please join us! Thanks!
