Headquarters Grand Opening

Come, see and be apart of where it will be happening for the big push towards Feb. 5th
We have tables already set up for cell phone banks to help in your precinct canvass efforts and mailouts
Kirk has ordered more campaign materials, so come by and pick up what you need

WE NEED: (please put your name and phone# on anything you want back)

1) Refreshments (We already have 3 liters of soda and a bag of chips)

2) Cups and napkins for the snacks and ice (we have a refrigerator)

3) Chairs to fill 4 tables. We have 12 chairs donated so far.

4) A wireless router to provide internet access for multiple laptops so that we have multiple access to the internet to help in the precinct canvassing efforts. Cost $40-$70. Someone has donated several power strips

5) There is one printer already available. We could use more? Donated.

6) Two stand up lamps as the living area has no overhead lighting. Donated

7) Someone to make a big "Ron Paul rEVOLution Room" sign for out front. Someone has suggested a more mainstream sign out front. How about "Ron Paul Meetup Headquarters"? We can decide at the grand opening.

ACTIVITIES:

Statewide, Tulsa is set up to be the phone center and OKC will be the mail center.

1) We need many volunteers to send out 4,000 letters to our fellow Republicans statewide. After that project is over, we will be sending out personalized letters.

2) We are getting approved permits to wave signs on specific street corners of OKC, like NW Expressway & I44 exit, 63rd & May, the NW Expressway entrance to Penn Square Mall, an entrance to Quail Springs Mall, entrance to Crossroads Mall, etc. We want volunteer to become a Captain, one for each Corner and have them organize sign waving for as many rush hour evenings as you can. Then target the weekend shopping crowd. Pick a corner listed or suggest your own. I would like someone to volunteer to head up this project. Call Rebecca 405-473-1546

3) At this event you can pick up slim jims about Ron Paul and canvass your neighborhoods, attaching slim jims to every door. Talk to your neighbors and find Ron Paul supporters to place a sign in their yard.

4) In finding Ron Paul supporters, encourage them to come to the precinct meeting on 1/29 and vote for you or another Ron Paul supporter for delegate to the National Convention.

4) We have found a local sign maker who is a Ron Paul supporter. As soon as he gets back with me about timing and volume capabilities, I will forward his information to the membership to order on their own.
