Here is a posting from Sarina. Please help her out and attend if you can. "Hey there fellow C4Lers, Anyone planning on attending the final meeting before the election of the 36th Legislative district? It will be held tomorrow, October 23rd, 7:00 pm at the Magnolia United Church of Christ, 3555 W McGraw St. It is important that we take part in these meetings, very important! If anyone can give me a ride form nearby the space needle that would be great! The opportunity to hear from judge candidate Tim Bradshaw and also discuss all of the measures on the November ballot will be available."

Again this is where we can make a difference. It must start and continue at the grass roots level and this is that level! Attending and participating at this level on a regular basis is the beginning of translating the RPR revolution to reality.

My doctor has put me on bedrest or as close to it as I can get. You may have seen me at several events with my cane or walker. Well I have overdone it. I can not walk the precinct. Please contact me and we'll get the job done. I live in a secured building with over 200 apartments for starters. I can't thank you enough!

Soup with students If you get email from the campaign you already know Ron Paul is in town briefly Thursday (if you didn't get the memo please goto www.ronpaul2008.com and click on donate or join). The only event open to the public is this one! The campaign is busy letting the media and everyone know about this. Let's make sure Ron has a chance to eat and meet some students.

Howdy folks! I'd like to invite all of you fine Ballard meetup members to come down to the Salmon Bay Cafe next Saturday for a meeting, followed by a little canvassing. I'd like to try and get Ballard RP supporters and precinct leaders together so that we can try and figure out and schedule some days that we can help each other out and make sure our precincts get completely taken care of. This isn't a big Seattle group meeting so I'm not expecting a huge turnout, but I think it would be valuable to get together, organize, and help out fellow Ballard RP supporters. We've got to make sure we deliver our neighborhood for Ron Paul next month!!! If you have any questions email or call my cell at 206-595-3291. Vaughn

We need your help TODAY to activate University of Washington students for Ron Paul! This outreach will be great for our campaign for a lot of reasons, but most immediately, we need to recruit tons of students who likely live in the area and have flexible schedules to volunteer at the phone bank. We have 25 phones. We're currently running two four-hour shifts with a core group of hard-working, dedicated volunteers, but we need to be running 5. We have 2.5 million registered voters to call and our early and late shifts can help with other states, both east and west of us. Students should be able to fill a lot of these shifts. We'll mainly be in Red Square. However, with the campaign HQ just nearby, we can bring more materials and signs as turnout increases! It would be great to have enough people to expand onto the HUB Lawn and the Quad, maybe even a couple key intersections. We have a lot to gain by getting UW students active in support of Dr. Paul. Please come help us out at this tabling event and lets expand our U District activity overnight. We?ll have info and slim jims available. Dress warmly and come prepared to win hearts and minds. This event will wrap up at 4:00 unless people want to stay longer. Remember dress for Winter weather! University of Washington

Let's meet for breakfast at Buckley's on Queen Anne! After we get hopped up on protein and carbs, we'll go out in groups of two or more to find Ron Paul supporters to take the Hill!! For those of you wary about canvassing, don't worry! We'll give you some advice and pair you up with someone who's done this before. It's pretty easy once you get past the first stuttered intro (I'm guilty!) and ultimately lots of fun. Some literature will be provided but please feel free to bring your own supply of bumper stickers and slim jims. Remember to dress warm and bring an umbrella! -Hannah 206-356-0662

Come have a traditional, hearty, Ballard breakfast at the Salmon Bay Cafe then we will be canvassing local neighborhoods in Ballard to identify our supporters and find out who needs a Ron Paul yard sign or bumper sticker. Come join us, this will be fun and educational.

On January 8th, the country will take notice. Ron Paul will WIN the New Hampshire primary, and politics in America will change forever. A revolution that has been brewing will boil over. The next morning, millions of Americans will awake and find out a Congressman from Texas they've never heard of before has won New Hampshire. "Who is Ron Paul," they will ask - and then they will see his signs everywhere. Like mushrooms they will have appeared overnight. THE GOAL: 20,000 signs placed the night of January 8th in towns and cities across America. THE HOW: 2,000 grassroots minutemen and women place 10 (or more!) signs each in their hometowns. THE WHERE: This is an event that you can do on your own, in your own neighborhood. Or, meet up with the group at a central location to be determined and we will fan out in every direction and post signs. We will be busy making lots of signs in advance! For more info check out the Massive Sign-Making Party event on December 30 or contact the organizer to schedule another sign-making event in advance. Please RSVP to this meetup event! In your comment tell us how many signs you're planning to put up. Then go to www.signbomb08.com and pledge that amount! NOTE: This event is originally from another Ron Paul Meetup Group(http://ronpaul .meetup.com/72/calen dar/6976843/). Since there is no location selected yet make sure to check the original meeting page if you intend to go. If you're in a group that does not have this event listed encourage the organizers of the group to repost it. We should try to get all events posted in all groups so that the maximum number of people see them.
